One Account Policy

Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed, all balances being forfeited, and all bonus funds being cancelled without appeal.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8999app account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. 8999app processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals are available exclusively through the payment methods listed below. Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before any withdrawal request will be considered. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, both the bonus amount and the qualifying deposit must be wagered to satisfy the requirement.

Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally towards bonus wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates at 8999app are as follows:

• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution per ৳ wagered

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free spins expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time window stated in the specific promotion terms. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Abuse & Fraud

8999app operates a zero-tolerance policy against bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a bonus wagering outcome (bonus hedging); systematically wagering only on low-risk outcomes to clear wagering requirements while maintaining a near-zero risk position (known as "bonus grinding"). Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed, and all balances — including real-money deposits — will be forfeited where permitted by applicable rules.

By placing any wager on the 8999app platform — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slots, crash games, or any other product — the player agrees to be bound by the game-specific rules published on each product page, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section.

Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered on that specific market. 8999app reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been suspended or where a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — in-play odds are updated continuously on a ball-by-ball basis. 8999app is not liable for any delay in odds updating due to live data feed latency from third-party providers.

Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics (cards, roulette wheel) and are final once the dealing round or spin is complete. Any technical disconnection on the player's side that prevents a bet from being placed or results in a missed round does not entitle the player to a refund or credit. If a live stream is interrupted on the platform side and a bet cannot be resolved, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

Slots & Crash Games

All slot games and crash games on 8999app use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the respective game providers. 8999app does not modify the RNG or RTP settings of any third-party game. Malfunction of a slot or crash game voids all associated plays and returns the relevant stakes to the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8999app platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, cancellation of all pending bets and bonus funds, and may result in referral to relevant authorities where applicable law requires.

• Identity fraud: Registering or operating an account using another person's identity, personal details, or payment methods.

8999app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe after a formal request
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct described in Section 7
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated against a deposit
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player via the Responsible Gaming controls
• The player's account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months

Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 8999app account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 8999app will notify the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy fee to cover administrative costs. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8999app and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the 8999app platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from gaming or betting activity conducted on the platform
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any specific product
• Technical failures, server outages, or network connectivity issues affecting access to the platform or the placement of bets
• Errors in odds, payouts, or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, where those errors are corrected in accordance with these Terms
• Unauthorised access to a player account where the player has contributed to that access through inadequate credential security
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, statistics, or content published on the 8999app platform for the purposes of wagering decisions

8999app makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any specific game or market will be accessible at any given time. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally possible.

Nothing in this limitation of liability section excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8999app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be required to reflect changes in platform functionality, payment processing, product additions, applicable law, or responsible gaming requirements.
